I have only been renting for 1 month and they already increased my rent by $50. Also, the gate at the front entrance has never worked and they don't seem to be worried about fixing it at all, which I find to be a security issue. Terrible customer service, I will be moving my items to a new facility.
I had a very good experience with this business. They went out of their way to accommodate my schedule to rent the unit. It was clean and always easy to access. If I have a need for another unit I will definitely be using them again.
I have stored a vehicle since the beginning of this year with Selkirk Self Storage. The process to get the facility and the communication with Garo has been excellent. The unit was clean and dry and perfect for my needs. I would recommend this facility without hesitation.
Had my car stored over the winter, everything worked out great. Garo was fantastic in getting me set up, and treated me like a long lost friend. Only positive things to say about this experience.
Very clean and safe. Great place for storing anything, large or small. EDIT: never mind, my unit got broken into and my brand new tires got stolen
