Don't do it! Since these people bought the storage units from A-Z my monthly rental went from $115 to $166. There is rarely anyone in the office to talk with and the security gate to the units is always open (why have a security code). I did get another unit with another company 7 days ago and still haven't received a phone call back or talked with someone face to face to let me know it's ok to take my lock off the unit. Terrible customer service!
I was with this Storage company for over 7 years from the time it was A2Z Storage,never had any problems. but for the last few month problems have been creeping up made to have insurance, prices keep creeping up and up. I had Special needs for my Unit and not a problem till now, new management is unwilling to work with me and claim I'm late in payment when i have paid as I always have for the last 7 years.
