It was 10 years ago already, and I have a vivid memory of how pleasant the staff was! The facility was clean snd secure. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.
Very friendly and professional. On site management gives me relief knowing that there is someone always there and that I am safe when accessing my unit. They have temperature controlled units available. I paid the extra money for one of these units so I can easily access my items whenever I need them.
Glenmont Self Storage was super awesome, we were initially considering uhaul, and are glad we checked here first. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and access was very convenient, could not have asked for better service.
Garo is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Use of the truck on move-in day is a great perk!bi highly recommend this business!
This was by far the easiest place I have done business with. The owner had all options available, he was friendly and accommodating. The storage units are clean and easily accessible. The truck I rented drove well and was fuel efficient. Thanks!
Began renting a small unit before it was sold to moove in. Shortly after it became moove in rates were increased, a few months later rates increased again, and a few months after that rates increased again. They put a sign on my building that says temperature controlled, not sure what that means because I never rented a temperature controlled unit, was still hot or cold depending on outdoor temps. If I could give less than 1 star I would. This place was AMAZING before they sold to Moove In Self Storage. Now since it is under new management it horrendous. The gate has been broken for months so the units are no longer secure. They raised the monthly fee claiming as a "small business" they needed to increase the cost. The previous owners were a small business, Moove In has units in PA, MA, and NY - gimme a break. Also horrific customer service.
