My username is not my real name but we have been a client for YEARS! In Portland if you want the very best compassionate care for your best friends, MORELAND is the best! Bella had her first visit recently and was very vocal but ultimately had a great visit. The staff and docs are nothing short of stellar, communicative, CARING, and they really LOVE what they do. Moreland Veterinary Hospital was great with my dog who gets pretty aggressive at the vet. She usually wears a muzzle at the vet and was even able to remove it because they made her so comfortable, and they let me hold her throughout the appointment. Everyone who works there is so nice, and I strongly recommend this vet to anyone but especially people with sensitive dogs!
I own a small non profit, Array Animal Rescue, and Moreland has been amazing for us. They are kind and helpful and they do an amazing job. From simple exams to a complete ear reconstruction on a puppy, they knock it out of the park every time! They support our organizations mission and have worked with us to help lower our costs and gone out of their way to see pets needing urgent care. We feel so blessed to have found them.
Best vet team I’ve ever had. They accommodate my reactive and vet nervous dog EVERY time, even letting us come through the back door. They are knowledgeable, understanding, kind, and helpful. They’ve helped us immeasurably and are a phenomenal Sellwood staple. Definitely bring your fur baby here!
We’ve been seeing primarily Dr. Annie Freeman for our two dogs and we couldn’t rave about her enough! She’s incredibly thorough, kind, warm, and is so good at her job! She really takes the time to listen to our concerns and questions and find a solution for them. We are so thankful to have found her! 🤍
