Reserving and moving into my unit was quick and easy. Chrissy and Chris have been such wonderful help in the process! Both of them were so friendly, informative, and reassuring over the phone and in person. Facility-wise, the storage unit was clean and safe. Hallways look well-maintained. The lobby also has free beverages, accessible bathrooms, and even essential moving items for sale. I’m pretty satisfied overall!

Chris works at the front desk and is awesome! I actually upgraded to a bigger unit. Not only because I have too many things but because Morningstar has great customer service.
Absolutely in love with my storage unit! I’ve been on the third floor for a few months. Extremely clean, no signs of rodents, and even the bathrooms are kept in great condition. Always parking available. Just recently moved to the first floor and it was an easy transfer because I came in through the internet rate (def book online!) thanks Extra Space, especially Lynn and Joanne!
