Just moved into my new storage unit today, & the process was quick, painless, & pleasant. Not sure of the young lady’s name at the desk, but she was incredibly kind, helpful, & just pleasant to interact with. Victoria, in particular, was incredibly helpful during both move-in and move-out—professional, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile. We have moved several customers into this facility since it has opened, and every last one of them has nothing to say but great things about Michelle and Stacey! Even our own staff comes back to the office with excellent remarks on how they are treated. On several occasions they have brought our movers water when it was hot and coffee in the morning.
