We have moved several customers into this facility since it has opened, and every last one of them has nothing to say but great things about Michelle and Stacey! Even our own staff comes back to the office with excellent remarks on how they are treated. On several occasions they have brought our movers water when it was hot and coffee in the morning. If you’re looking for storage in the Liberty Park area, look no further than Coolbox…they’re incredibly customer friendly…the facility is second to none…rates are right in-line and Victoria is a real pro at the desk…I’ll recommend them always!!!
Super clean and extremely friendly staff. Had a unit there for nearly 2 years and not a single issue.
Called to inquire about their special and spoke to Michelle. She is very professional, personable, friendly and funny. It was such a blessing that they have a truck you can use at no extra cost to move your belongings into this beautiful new clean temperature controlled facility. Highly recommended! Nice, CLEAN, new facility with easy access anytime. Rates are competitive. Stacey goes above and beyond to help with anything you might need. When we were moving out, we thought we might have a few things left over that we would retrieve at a later date, and she offered to let us move them to a smaller unit and adjust the rent accordingly.
