I had a great experience with Extra Space Storage! I went to view the facility in person and determine the unit size needed. Stephanie R was helpful and extra accommodating as we had our two small children. The whole process was smooth from start to finish, and quick which again extra points as we had the kiddos. The facility itself is very clean, modern, and well-maintained, with proper climate control that gives me peace of mind knowing my belongings are safe. Highly recommend. I have been a customer of Extra Space Storage for the past few years in 3 different states. I wouldn’t use any other business for my storage needs. The staff is always amazing and efficient, the facilities are always exceptionally clean and the app to unlock gates and entrance doors is as good as it gets! No complaints, just super pleased with the entire experience.
