I went here for my first endoscopy and it was such an easy experience from the start! The minute I walked in I was greeted by the friendliest front desk staff, especially Teddi who checked me in! Everyone at the center is friendly and sweet! From the pre-op nurses, OR team and pacu nurses and all the staff I met in between… everyone was friendly and professional. From the moment I walked in the door, the service was excellent. From the front desk Teddi, to my care team - Monica, April, Sam -and Dr. Che and Dr. Soriano, they made sure I received the best care and didn’t take any shortcuts. They contacted my primary with a couple of concerns they had before moving forward with my procedure and went above and beyond to ensure that they would be no hiccups during the screening. This was my first time getting a procedure at Morris Surgical Center. I have nothing but positive things to say about the staff and the facility. I was greeted with a friendly smile and the facility is clean and organized. Thank you to the staff: Jess, Kelly, and Mia for making admission quickly and easy. Thank you to Mackenzie, Mary Ellen, April, Dr Panei, and Monica for making my OR experience comfortable and positive. Highly recommend this facility.
The care team, from admission to recovery, were absolutely fantastic. Kelly, Angela, Mackenzie, Rose, Monica, Dr. LaManna and Dr. Soriano made me feel well cared for and comfortable. They explained what to expect the entire time. If you have a choice, I would highly recommend this surgical center.
First the waiting room, they really should have a coffee machine and water for the loved ones waiting! The tv was on News 12 it just kept repeating itself, at least put a home design show or animals or something to watch that doesn’t constantly repeat… The front desk ladies were very friendly. When brought back my spouse was not allowed with me, so they never even met the surgeon or had their questions answered. Which was a bit upsetting.
