From the front desk very sweet and guided me with ease and when I went back every step of the way every single person was amazing. Linda is one of the sweetest nurses I ever met in my life, eased my nerves and made me feel special. Thank you so much for turning this scary experience not knowing what to expect to feeling 100% sure I was in the right hands!!! Thank you staff and thank you Linda!
The patient experience, from registration to post-recovery, was exceptional. All staff demonstrated a high level of care and professionalism. Nurses Mimi and Rachel, in particular, provided exemplary service. Drs. Chi (anesthesia) and Barbarito (procedure) exhibited meticulous preparation and thoughtful consideration. This facility is highly recommended for its commitment to patient well-being and comfort.
I recently had a surgical procedure done at this facility on 1/3/2025. My experience with the entire staff from my initial phone call to be escorted out after my procedure was OUTSTANDING!!!! The staff is friendly, professional and informative. I would gladly return and have future procedures done here and so should you. Sincerely Steve M
