I had a procedure today at Morris County Surgical Center, and I cannot say enough about the exceptional care I received from start to finish. Teddi in admissions was welcoming and efficient, setting a positive tone right away. Mary Ellen my pre-op nurse, was kind, attentive, and reassuring. I went here for my first endoscopy and it was such an easy experience from the start! The minute I walked in I was greeted by the friendliest front desk staff, especially Teddi who checked me in! Everyone at the center is friendly and sweet! From the pre-op nurses, OR team and pacu nurses and all the staff I met in between… everyone was friendly and professional. From the moment I walked in the door, the service was excellent. From the front desk Teddi, to my care team - Monica, April, Sam -and Dr. Che and Dr. Soriano, they made sure I received the best care and didn’t take any shortcuts. They contacted my primary with a couple of concerns they had before moving forward with my procedure and went above and beyond to ensure that they would be no hiccups during the screening. This was my first time getting a procedure at Morris Surgical Center. I have nothing but positive things to say about the staff and the facility. I was greeted with a friendly smile and the facility is clean and organized. Thank you to the staff: Jess, Kelly, and Mia for making admission quickly and easy. Thank you to Mackenzie, Mary Ellen, April, Dr Panei, and Monica for making my OR experience comfortable and positive. Highly recommend this facility.
The care team, from admission to recovery, were absolutely fantastic. Kelly, Angela, Mackenzie, Rose, Monica, Dr. LaManna and Dr. Soriano made me feel well cared for and comfortable. They explained what to expect the entire time. If you have a choice, I would highly recommend this surgical center.
