I had a procedure today at Morris County Surgical Center, and I cannot say enough about the exceptional care I received from start to finish. Teddi in admissions was welcoming and efficient, setting a positive tone right away. Mary Ellen my pre-op nurse, was kind, attentive, and reassuring. Heather and Jason in the OR were professional and compassionate, making me feel completely at ease, and Brianna in the recovery room provided outstanding care with genuine warmth and attentiveness. Everything went well , I was very nervous about my procedure but the staff was warm & friendly and I felt in good hands. Facility very nice. It was a busy Friday but all moved very efficiently. My best experience so far at a surgical center. My care team was the best!
From the moment I walked in the door, the service was excellent. From the front desk Teddi, to my care team - Monica, April, Sam -and Dr. Che and Dr. Soriano, they made sure I received the best care and didn’t take any shortcuts. They contacted my primary with a couple of concerns they had before moving forward with my procedure and went above and beyond to ensure that they would be no hiccups during the screening. This was my first time getting a procedure at Morris Surgical Center. I have nothing but positive things to say about the staff and the facility. I was greeted with a friendly smile and the facility is clean and organized. Thank you to the staff: Jess, Kelly, and Mia for making admission quickly and easy. Thank you to Mackenzie, Mary Ellen, April, Dr Panei, and Monica for making my OR experience comfortable and positive. Highly recommend this facility.
I can not say enough about the wonderful nurses and support staff at this facility. The process from sign in and registration all the way through getting me ready for my colonoscopy (so I was already a little anxious) all the way to when I woke up to hear my nurse say “Great news! The doctor says you did great and he found nothing.” I had my juice and crackers snack and off I went!
