I had a procedure today at Morris County Surgical Center, and I cannot say enough about the exceptional care I received from start to finish. Teddi in admissions was welcoming and efficient, setting a positive tone right away. Mary Ellen my pre-op nurse, was kind, attentive, and reassuring. I had a wonderful experience at this surgical center. From the moment I arrived, everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. The staff made me feel comfortable and cared for throughout the entire process. The nurses, doctors, and front desk team were all amazing, and the level of care exceeded my expectations. I’m very grateful for such a positive experience and highly recommend this center.
Everything went well , I was very nervous about my procedure but the staff was warm & friendly and I felt in good hands. Facility very nice. It was a busy Friday but all moved very efficiently. My best experience so far at a surgical center. My care team was the best!
From the moment I walked in the door, the service was excellent. From the front desk Teddi, to my care team - Monica, April, Sam -and Dr. Che and Dr. Soriano, they made sure I received the best care and didn’t take any shortcuts. They contacted my primary with a couple of concerns they had before moving forward with my procedure and went above and beyond to ensure that they would be no hiccups during the screening. This was my first time getting a procedure at Morris Surgical Center. I have nothing but positive things to say about the staff and the facility. I was greeted with a friendly smile and the facility is clean and organized. Thank you to the staff: Jess, Kelly, and Mia for making admission quickly and easy.
