She doesn't hesitate to ask questions in order to clarify my sometimes jumbled question, concern, etc. Nor does she hesitate to make a referral if she feels it's in my best interest. Her overall manner is one of quiet confidence and concern, caring I'd guess you'd say. Simply put, I like her, trust her judgement, and hope to continue on with Sian for a long time.
