I LOVE LOVE LOVE my kids’ doctor! She really listened to me and ALL my concerns with both my littles. She never made me feel like she was judging me. Really very supportive!

Their communication is starting to slack. It’s creating a lot of confusion and issues amongst my household. When I make an apt for a specific time then get told my apt is 30-45 minutes later when I arrive is absurd. I’m also completely done with the entitled people who answer my calls, rude and not helpful.
