First time using this pharmacy. Good experience. Short wait time. Pleasant and efficient staff. I'm wondering if it would be possible to look into using more environmentally friendly bottles. If you think about all the prescriptions we all use that's a lot of plastic! Another pharmacy I've used states that their prescription bottles break down significantly faster. Thanks for your consideration!
It would be appreciated if you could have clear communication. When I speak to someone one day and they tell me that the prescription will be ready that evening and I can schedule my Dial-A-Ride for the following day to pick it up only to find out the next day that you're not going to be filling it for 7 more days? Super confusing total fail in communication and really behavior! Be accountable and Be better!
I have always had great luck with the staffing and them making sure that I get my meds I need. Compared to Walgreens, walmart and Safeway. I would say they are a hundred times better than then those places. I know when I go on to get my mess I'm asking out with them in my hands. Never had to wait longer than 15 minutes for my mess. Thy are quick, sufficient and respectful.
When you tell someone that their prescription will be ready in 15 minutes and then that person comes up in 20 minutes to check on it and you dismiss them rudely and tell them it could take another 15. It's really confusing! I'm extremely frustrated and disappointed and will no longer get my prescriptions filled here.
Really prompt and good service compared to the other pharmacies in town. I just wish they had some weekend hours-- at least Saturday mornings.
