They are by far one of the best. This pharmacy and Mosaic as a whole has helped me navigate a lot of medication issues over the years. I've somehow walked into a whole suite of Mosaic services; A primary care doctor with top shelf referrals, a primary/behavioral health doctor and separately a Mosaic therapist/med management and Mosaic Dental. Bro? Like what's next, the phone book? 🤣
I genuinely feel so lucky that I'm a patient of Mosaic and use their pharmacy. If I'm prescribed something at an appointment, the pharmacy is always super quick and I never wait more than 10 minutes if that. The staff is really what makes the whole experience, everyone is so friendly and helpful and it feels like they truly care about everyone they see.
They will neglect your care. The doctors don’t even know medical codes. I had the insurance company, the primary mosaic dr, and the surgery center on three way call multiple times! It wasn’t until I made formal complaints that things start to get done. I will be cancelling them as my provider. No thank you.
What a great Pharmacy. They always have what I need in stock, which can’t be said for the large pharmacies. Large pharmacies sell through their allotted amounts of medication and sometimes can’t get more in stock. This pharmacy seems to always have it on hand.
Everyone here is always so kind and helpful. They have gone above and beyond multiple times to help me with my prescriptions.
