Madras review I posted just a minute ago. If you want a pharmacy that is overall rude, unprofessional and where you get the feeling that you are bothering the counter person and they simply act as if they really dont care or wany to be there, then the Madras location is for you. I have stopped using the Madras location unless it is urgent. Time after time, the customer service has been severely lacking. Most all issues have been with the person at the counter. The people are very friendly, I wish I could request same day prescriptions on My Chart, but I'm not lowering the rating (some people gave horrible reviews and I don't think they deserve it). This is a fairly new pharmacy and with Madras only having one other Pharmacy in town to choose from, I think they're doing a pretty good job.

Cannot get refills as requested! Presently out of most of them! Transferred all meds and requested auto refill, NOTHING? WHt does a person have to do to get meds in Madras??
