Will be switching to another pharmacy elsewhere. Tired of the lady being rude and acting as if us customers are bothering her by picking up OUR medications. No smile, no hi, nothing. All she says is “ birth date “. Sometimes I have had multiple prescriptions for more than one person to pick up or I have other questions, but am always rudely interrupted by her. Sorry for the inconvenience of us picking up our medications at the PHARMACY, which you CHOOSE to work there.
My husband came home livid after his experience at Mosaic today. We phoned in his Rx yesterday. The receptionist doesn't greet the customers, just says "Birth date?" She told him they didn't have any record of the call-in and it would be 15 mins. He waited 30 and finally gave up, told her he'd be back. She pointed at a sack on the counter, "it's right there." He asked if she called his name and she admitted she had not. Mosaic needs to have personnel training in working with the public.
Made a change from safeway pharmacy to mosaic and it was one of the best choices ever. Had such an awful experience at safeway but at mosaic it's such a great atmosphere and great people who work there. They have a great team and are always friendly and positive. Not one bad experience and I can always count on them especially if it's last minute pick up. They send reminders and it's just super awesome place. Definitely recommended by me Jesus Alvarez a pleased greatful costumer.
Madras review I posted just a minute ago. If you want a pharmacy that is overall rude, unprofessional and where you get the feeling that you are bothering the counter person and they simply act as if they really dont care or wany to be there, then the Madras location is for you. I have stopped using the Madras location unless it is urgent. Time after time, the customer service has been severely lacking. Most all issues have been with the person at the counter. The people are very friendly, I wish I could request same day prescriptions on My Chart, but I'm not lowering the rating (some people gave horrible reviews and I don't think they deserve it). This is a fairly new pharmacy and with Madras only having one other Pharmacy in town to choose from, I think they're doing a pretty good job.
