Everytime I go pick up prescriptions, and a certain person that works there is on shift, always have a bad attitude/ a bad vibe on her. She really needs to work on her social skills and customer service skill. If she doesn't like her job is best to step aside. She is rude, not willing to even look further. Made a change from safeway pharmacy to mosaic and it was one of the best choices ever. Had such an awful experience at safeway but at mosaic it's such a great atmosphere and great people who work there. They have a great team and are always friendly and positive. Not one bad experience and I can always count on them especially if it's last minute pick up. They send reminders and it's just super awesome place. Definitely recommended by me Jesus Alvarez a pleased greatful costumer.
Can get busy enough that the line doesn't have enough space. Will call you a ton but won't call your name when your prescription is ready when waiting in person.
My husband came home livid after his experience at Mosaic today. We phoned in his Rx yesterday. The receptionist doesn't greet the customers, just says "Birth date?" She told him they didn't have any record of the call-in and it would be 15 mins. He waited 30 and finally gave up, told her he'd be back. She pointed at a sack on the counter, "it's right there." He asked if she called his name and she admitted she had not. Mosaic needs to have personnel training in working with the public.
Madras review I posted just a minute ago. If you want a pharmacy that is overall rude, unprofessional and where you get the feeling that you are bothering the counter person and they simply act as if they really dont care or wany to be there, then the Madras location is for you. I have stopped using the Madras location unless it is urgent. Time after time, the customer service has been severely lacking. Most all issues have been with the person at the counter.
