Everytime I go pick up prescriptions, and a certain person that works there is on shift, always have a bad attitude/ a bad vibe on her. She really needs to work on her social skills and customer service skill. If she doesn't like her job is best to step aside. She is rude, not willing to even look further. I stated name, last name and birthday all she said no. I checked my phone to verified and asked me to step aside so rudly. I had to wait in line again behind 5 people. Will be switching to another pharmacy elsewhere. Tired of the lady being rude and acting as if us customers are bothering her by picking up OUR medications. No smile, no hi, nothing. All she says is “ birth date “. Sometimes I have had multiple prescriptions for more than one person to pick up or I have other questions, but am always rudely interrupted by her. Sorry for the inconvenience of us picking up our medications at the PHARMACY, which you CHOOSE to work there.
Made a change from safeway pharmacy to mosaic and it was one of the best choices ever. Had such an awful experience at safeway but at mosaic it's such a great atmosphere and great people who work there. They have a great team and are always friendly and positive. Not one bad experience and I can always count on them especially if it's last minute pick up. They send reminders and it's just super awesome place. Definitely recommended by me Jesus Alvarez a pleased greatful costumer.
Can get busy enough that the line doesn't have enough space. Will call you a ton but won't call your name when your prescription is ready when waiting in person.
My husband came home livid after his experience at Mosaic today. We phoned in his Rx yesterday. The receptionist doesn't greet the customers, just says "Birth date?" She told him they didn't have any record of the call-in and it would be 15 mins. He waited 30 and finally gave up, told her he'd be back. She pointed at a sack on the counter, "it's right there." He asked if she called his name and she admitted she had not. Mosaic needs to have personnel training in working with the public.
