First time to use the mosquito service but have been customers of Weedman for lawn care for a couple of years. We like that we get a text message the day before the service so we can make ourselves available and/or change the appointment. 2 very courteous men showed up to do the spraying of our property, they explained the process and completed the work efficiently. Time will tell if the mosquito control worked to lessen the number of mosquitoes around our deck and patio.
We’ve been extremely happy with Mosquito Hero. Their team is professional, reliable, and friendly, and we’ve noticed a huge difference in both mosquitoes and ticks around our property since starting their service. It has made spending time outside so much more enjoyable and worry-free. Highly recommend!
Shawn W performed the first service. Great customer service to take time to talk and explain what the service would consist of. This is lacking from most lawn care companies I have dealt with in the past few years. So far so good. Mosquitoes were not bothering us on the first night, so hopefully this continues and we can enjoy the backyard at night. So far, a very good decision to purchase the mosquito product.
The guy came to do the mosquito treatment - very polite and well mannered - so far so good. I would give the experience of dealing with Weedman on this a 5 the only reason for the 4 is that its been less than a month, so i would have given a 5 if in 3 months we are noticing we still have no mosquitos. would have given a 4.5 to express this but google didn't let me.
Peter was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was working down the street and I asked him provide a quote to spray for mosquitoes. The price was fair and he was able to spray the same day. 5 stars for Peter and hopefully 5 stars for dealing with the mosquitos
