Excellent service from Mosquito Hero! The technician was professional, showed up on time, and explained everything clearly. We noticed a big difference in mosquito activity within a short time after treatment. The whole process was quick and easy, and the customer service was great. Their product does NOT work. And the customer service must be sold separately because they could care less that their product doesn’t work. Being able to talk to some who speaks English is also next to impossible. No one has the authority to issue a refund. I guess I should have paid attention to the ratings before hiring them. There is a reason they barely have 2 stars. If I could leave less than 1 star I would but I don’t have that option! Use at your own risk!!!! Do NOT use this Company!!
