A really fantastic experience working with sales, parts and service staff when picking my BMW F900GS. Sales gave me a great deal on the bike and parts on a fitted Schuberth, it was a pleasure to work with such knowledgeable and friendly staff. It was a very good experience. All of the staff are very professional and fully accommodating. I have walked into motorcycle shops and been ignored, I simply walked out. I laughed to myself and thought .”That wasn’t in their business plan.” We don’t buy from businesses, we buy from people. Yes, I would recommend Tampa Bay Motos to others. My second trip there, did not feel like changing out the chain. Sometimes paying for convenience is just worth it. 🙌🏼 Again, everybody is very welcoming, they listen to me chat about BS and they actually converse back 😅. I got some great tips on some different cleaners I hadn’t tried yet. All in all another great experience.
Great folks and always the consumate professionals. I have purchased 3 BMWs from TBM and have always been treated fair and honest. The parts, the guys are always spot on and happy to assist with add-ons for my bike. Service department is on point and all my service requirements are explained thoroughly and workmanship top tier.
