My second trip there, did not feel like changing out the chain. Sometimes paying for convenience is just worth it. 🙌🏼 Again, everybody is very welcoming, they listen to me chat about BS and they actually converse back 😅. I got some great tips on some different cleaners I hadn’t tried yet. All in all another great experience.
It was a very good experience. All of the staff are very professional and fully accommodating. I have walked into motorcycle shops and been ignored, I simply walked out. I laughed to myself and thought .”That wasn’t in their business plan.” We don’t buy from businesses, we buy from people. Yes, I would recommend Tampa Bay Motos to others. I believe in my heart that everyone should have a BMW motorcycle lol. Or two, or more. 🏍️🏍️🏍️🏍️
Took my 2024 BMW C400 GT in to have the RDK (TPMS) enabled in the firmware. Although not available as an option, BMW offers retrofit sensors which I installed myself. Tampa Bay Moto completed in around 30 minutes and everything is working perfectly. Tire Pressure display screens show both tires correctly. Their fee was reasonable and as it turns out exactly what I was anticipating for the service. Service manager, Mark B was professional and friendly and I will be back for future service.
Sales, finance and parts department rock. Ben was awesome and Chris and Z are awesome. Service department showed they were customer friendly and went above and beyond to repair something I broke tinkering with the electronics. Thank you Mark and Connor and to the mechanic that repaired my bike. Thank you for resolving my issue as economically as possible. Awesome dealership.
