A really fantastic experience working with sales, parts and service staff when picking my BMW F900GS. Sales gave me a great deal on the bike and parts on a fitted Schuberth, it was a pleasure to work with such knowledgeable and friendly staff. It was a very good experience. All of the staff are very professional and fully accommodating. I have walked into motorcycle shops and been ignored, I simply walked out. I laughed to myself and thought .”That wasn’t in their business plan.” We don’t buy from businesses, we buy from people. Yes, I would recommend Tampa Bay Motos to others. My second trip there, did not feel like changing out the chain. Sometimes paying for convenience is just worth it. 🙌🏼 Again, everybody is very welcoming, they listen to me chat about BS and they actually converse back 😅. I got some great tips on some different cleaners I hadn’t tried yet. All in all another great experience.
The low beam bulb on my 2017 RT burned out and It needed to be replaced. I gave Mark in service and asked him if he could take care of it and he said bring it right over and we’ll take care of it for you. I was in and out of the dealership in about 15 minutes. Special things to Mark for a great job as usual! I’m back on the road again and enjoying my RT.
