It was a very good experience. All of the staff are very professional and fully accommodating. I have walked into motorcycle shops and been ignored, I simply walked out. I laughed to myself and thought .”That wasn’t in their business plan.” We don’t buy from businesses, we buy from people. Yes, I would recommend Tampa Bay Motos to others. Took my bike up there to get some work done, honestly a great dealership, everybody was incredibly friendly. They weren’t pushy with any parts of the sales aspect, I wasn’t there to buy anything, but simply walk around and look while my bike was being serviced. I dealt with Connor in service and I feel he gave me a great price For the convenience of not having to do this work myself lol.
Sales, finance and parts department rock. Ben was awesome and Chris and Z are awesome. Service department showed they were customer friendly and went above and beyond to repair something I broke tinkering with the electronics. Thank you Mark and Connor and to the mechanic that repaired my bike. Thank you for resolving my issue as economically as possible. Awesome dealership.
The sales team is helpful, low pressure and you can test ride multiple bikes. Parts dept is friendly and has a good selection of Klim gear in stock. Service team is friendly and easy to schedule service with. Just had my factory 600 mile oil change, compliments of BMW, and couldn’t be happier.
