My first visit to this dealership. The welcome was lacking when we arrived so my first impression was guarded. But follow-up was good & more pleasant. Work was completed as promised. Paid typical dealership prices-high. Will I make this my dealership as a new Indian owner? Maybe. I plan to check out a few other dealerships first.

Cody and Izaiah did a fantastic job. Clearly, they love motorcycles and love their jobs. I knew what I wanted, and they helped me with a fair price and an excellent delivery experience. I highly recommend Garcia Moto, whether you shop locally with them or have your bike delivered to another state, as I did.

What a well-oiled machine! I even ran into one of the owners while I was checking out the tech on a bike. Despite being a little short-staffed (new years week), he personally reached out to ensure I was taken care of, saying: 'I want to make sure you have everything you need to make a good decision. What can I help you with?' He even steered me toward a different model for better comfort, and we spent a good while diving deep into bike geometry, knee/hip ratios, and seating ergonomics. I had a great experience with the service department at Garcia Moto BMW for my brand-new bike’s first service. The team took excellent care of everything and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was how they took the time to talk with me about future work I’m considering and offered genuinely helpful advice without any pressure. I truly appreciated their professionalism, knowledge, and customer care. Highly recommend their service department!
