Garcia Moto was an awesome store and a great experience from start to finish. Conrad was an awesome sales rep right from the jump all the way through the purchase. Conrad was prompt, sent photos and videos of the bike, set up a test ride and answered all my questions through the process. Greg was a great finance guy. I brought my bike in for the driveshaft recall and also had my tires replaced. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Everything was clear and well organized, and they completed the work exactly within the timeframe they promised, which isn’t always the case with service shops. I’ll admit, walking into a dealership to buy your first bike is pretty intimidating, but the crew at Garcia Moto made it fun. Even though it’s a performance cruiser with a ton of power (111 HP), it’s surprisingly approachable for a beginner. The seat height is perfect, so I can easily get both feet flat on the ground, which is a huge confidence booster. Huge shout-out to Garrett Garcia and Conrad Tatge for being patient with all my newbie questions!
