So funny story.. I found the bike I wanted on Marketplace so messaged the seller to set up a time to come check it. Unfortunately, the seller received my message while at Garcia Moto, right in the middle of him trading it in on a newer model. So yeah, I was about 2 hours too late to make the private deal happen. Garcia Moto was an awesome store and a great experience from start to finish. Conrad was an awesome sales rep right from the jump all the way through the purchase. Conrad was prompt, sent photos and videos of the bike, set up a test ride and answered all my questions through the process. Greg was a great finance guy. Great buying experience with Garcia Motos in Raleigh! I bought a used 1250 GS Adventure from out of state and want to pass along a huge thank you to Garret and Greg who made it a great experience. I brought my bike in for the driveshaft recall and also had my tires replaced. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Everything was clear and well organized, and they completed the work exactly within the timeframe they promised, which isn’t always the case with service shops.
