Garcia Moto was an awesome store and a great experience from start to finish. Conrad was an awesome sales rep right from the jump all the way through the purchase. Conrad was prompt, sent photos and videos of the bike, set up a test ride and answered all my questions through the process. Greg was a great finance guy. I brought my bike in for the driveshaft recall and also had my tires replaced. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Everything was clear and well organized, and they completed the work exactly within the timeframe they promised, which isn’t always the case with service shops. Excellent customer service by knowledgeable and passionate professionals. I was interested in a very particular bike and wanted a chance to test ride it. I called and asked about setting up a test ride the very next morning.
