RecommendedI determined that I needed tires 2000 miles into a 3000 mile tour (strange rear tire wear pattern had made two-up, full luggage ride with my wife difficult to manage). Fortunately, Big Twin had the correct tires in stock got my GT, and put me at the front of the service line when they learned that I had to be two states away that afternoon. Very, very helpful team here in Boise.
Fantastic and personalized service. I always know they will work with me to get a bike fixed or to get me on my way with some new gear. Big Twin is a wonderful place.
Big Twin helped me out when my GS broke down in 2014. These are great folks. Their generosity and kindness will never be forgotten.
This is without a doubt the best BMW shop in the world. These guys turned a 2 day disaster into a 3 hour quick fix. I lost the final drive seal and bearing on my 99 GS in the middle of Idaho. Fred had a wrecker to me in 30 minutes and Larry had the parts waiting when we got it off the wrecker. They dropped everything to get me back on my 5000 mile trip. Got a flat tire traveling through, 300 miles from home. Got dropped by a tow early. When the tech arrived, I told him my situation and asked if he could help. He said Yes, but it wouldn't be prompt. After waiting over 2 hours, they finally told me it would be 3 more days before they could get to it. No my tire isn't ruined. Another place came, picked me up, put a new tube in it and got me on my way.
