Since the day I first walked into Viva Powersports, the service has been outstanding. Had a really bad experience with this dealer. After several phone calls and texts with one of the sales managers, being assured they had the Can Am I was specifically looking for and they would work with me to keep the price within my budget, I drove 4 hours one way, hauling a trailer, from NM to El Paso for nothing. Started as a good interaction with Viva, but I don’t know if they didn’t take us seriously.. or what, the sales person just ghosted us when we wanted to discuss bringing the price down or atleast matching another dealership. We went in wanting to buy two bikes, and I think they thought we were joking.. So, we bought our two bikes from Greg at Las Cruces Motorsports and had a really great experience with them over there. A little out of the way, but at least we came to an agreement on price and got the colors we wanted!
Was looking to get a new YZ450FX and were decently hard to find but Viva had one in stock, went in to look and wasn't hassled by any aggressive sales people, just one gentleman named Roger that said if I needed anything just ask. Found the bike I wanted and started the paper work, Roger made it quick and easy in and out in about an hour and a half, even hooked me up with a cash allowance for gear. I'd shop here again for sure.
Bought a bike from viva a month ago and was a fairly decent experience, was in and out fast. Recently went back in to buy another bike ZX-10R and had a really great salesmen help me out, the problem came when I spoke to his manager Sam. Sam had a terrible attitude problem and I expressed that I felt as a repeat customer that he’s providing very poor customer service.
