D- rating with the BBB. Zero communication on the shops part. Forgot my bike while in repairs multiple times over 3.5 months. Bike was brought in August 14 with aftermarket damage, repairs were accepted, I was never informed they planned to swap out all my forged carbon parts with stock. I found out and halted repairs for a week (roughly October 23rd because up until that point Viva and GEICO were pointing fingers as to why nothing had been accomplished even though GEICO paid out on these repairs 3 months ago). Had a really bad experience with this dealer. After several phone calls and texts with one of the sales managers, being assured they had the Can Am I was specifically looking for and they would work with me to keep the price within my budget, I drove 4 hours one way, hauling a trailer, from NM to El Paso for nothing.
