I purchased a 2021 Honda Rebel on April 22, 2021. When I bought the bike I was also asked if I wanted to buy the tire protection plan. I specifically asked if it covered natural wear and tear and was told it did. When I read the contract I couldn’t find that in writing and so I asked the guy doing the paperwork if he could add that in writing someway. I had been looking for a Honda crf450rl to buy for a while and had no luck. I inquired about the bike since i didn't see it in inventory and within 3 hours Viva called me back. Got my bike back, they did an amazing job, made the bike look nice and brand new, resolved the issues that i had with my engine and Gus was there to help me to resolve all my issues whenever he can. When i had an issue with my kickstand sensor they were there to help fix it right away. Thank you Gus!
