Had a really bad experience with this dealer. After several phone calls and texts with one of the sales managers, being assured they had the Can Am I was specifically looking for and they would work with me to keep the price within my budget, I drove 4 hours one way, hauling a trailer, from NM to El Paso for nothing. Started as a good interaction with Viva, but I don’t know if they didn’t take us seriously.. or what, the sales person just ghosted us when we wanted to discuss bringing the price down or atleast matching another dealership. We went in wanting to buy two bikes, and I think they thought we were joking.. So, we bought our two bikes from Greg at Las Cruces Motorsports and had a really great experience with them over there. A little out of the way, but at least we came to an agreement on price and got the colors we wanted!
