I purchased a 2021 Honda Rebel on April 22, 2021. When I bought the bike I was also asked if I wanted to buy the tire protection plan. I specifically asked if it covered natural wear and tear and was told it did. When I read the contract I couldn’t find that in writing and so I asked the guy doing the paperwork if he could add that in writing someway. Got my bike back, they did an amazing job, made the bike look nice and brand new, resolved the issues that i had with my engine and Gus was there to help me to resolve all my issues whenever he can. When i had an issue with my kickstand sensor they were there to help fix it right away. Thank you Gus!
I had been looking for a Honda crf450rl to buy for a while and had no luck. I inquired about the bike since i didn't see it in inventory and within 3 hours Viva called me back.
