Five stars isn’t enough. We traded our two Harley baggers for a couple of new K1600Bs. We took off to join our group and one of them started having issues. We returned the next day with these folks waiting for us. Derek stayed on it till it was fixed. Becky kept us updated throughout the entire process. A day and a half later we were on the road. From Bill and Cliff in sales to the parts counter to service these folks are the best!!

Absolutely amazing service. Becky was a miracle worker in European Service. Over the course of a winter she fought tooth and nail with BMW to do the right thing in repairing my 05 1200RT which had just barely 30K on it. The shop also stepped up to the plate and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received outstanding dealership. I know own 3 BMW motorcycles and this type of service is a big part of the reason why.
A group of us headed out from Kansas City on an adventure ride, intending to ride the Colorado and Utah BDRs for 2 weeks. We were over weighted, under powered and overly confident. Some trails near Lake City off Cinammon Pass quickly humbled us (not to mention frustrated us). To make a long story shorter, 2 blown fork seals later and I pogo sticked/limped from Lake City to Grand Junction to this dealership in the hopes of salvaging our adventure. My bike requires a part from Germany, but the superb personnel at this dealer ensured that a have a loaner bike to ride... A 2015 Road Glide. Not my K1600, but not bad either!
