My experience at Quaker City Motor Sport was nothing short of amazing - the staff were very friendly and attentive and the showroom was well put together and very clean. I purchased a used Yamaha Road Star and Sam, my sales agent, went out of his way to make me comfortable and made sure to get the best deal possible for me. Just purchased a new Triumph bike from Chanh, he was outstanding to work with. He and Dale took such great care of me. Communication was easy and quick and they delivered on exactly what they promised. I plan to do more business here in the future. I had a very bad experience with their service department. I made an appointment more than one month in advance to get my 2009 T-100 running as it had been parked inside my house as a display. They quickly determined that my bike needed either a new fuel pump or fuel injectors and they would figure out which it needed (or both) and get it running. Then…..crickets. Traded in my first bike for an upgrade for an amazing deal. Sam, Dale, Frank in service, and Jay made it a wonderful experience. They treated me very well and made the process very smooth. I was able to test ride a few motorcycles and make an educated choice. They have every kind of bike u could want and I highly recommend them to any rider.
