I had an outstanding experience purchasing my new BMW, and I can’t say enough good things about the team. Evan, the Sales Manager, made the entire process smooth, straightforward, and stress-free. We worked out the details over the phone before I arrived, so there was no unnecessary back-and-forth. He was professional, honest, respectful of my time, and genuinely great to work with. A huge thank you to Christiana (“Chris”) in Finance as well. Although she had a busy schedule with other customers, she still took the time to... read more
Can’t remember if I’d ever left a review for Kissell’s but here goes. I bought my first bike from Josh 8 years ago when I was 31. It was my first big bike purchase and my first ever BMW, an R1200R. It was an incredibly smooth transaction. A year after that I was ready for an RT. Same deal, in and out, best service I could imagine. Then came the Guzzi, then another Guzzi, and now here 8 years later it was time for a big GS. I had a great experience with this motorcycle dealership. They offered one of the best prices with full transparency. No hidden fees or last-minute surprises. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy. They made the buying process smooth and stress-free. Home delivery was a huge plus and very convenient. The bike arrived on time and in perfect condition. Their trade-in offer was fair and competitive. The entire process was quick and well-organized. Highly recommend for great value and excellent service.
Josh, Christianna, Raelyn, and his team (including service, parts department, & tech) are amazing! They’re incredibly friendly and always willing to help. Their prices are great, too. I’ve purchased three motorcycles from them so far and will definitely be back for my next one. I even drive 2.5 hours each way without hesitation—that’s how great they are!
Drove all the way from DC for this dealership. Josh and his team are outstanding to work with. Turned this into a family affair and ended up leaving with 3 new rides! Highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great deal and top notch service.
