The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy. They made the buying process smooth and stress-free. Home delivery was a huge plus and very convenient. The bike arrived on time and in perfect condition. Their trade-in offer was fair and competitive. The entire process was quick and well-organized. Josh, Christianna, Raelyn, and his team (including service, parts department, & tech) are amazing! They’re incredibly friendly and always willing to help. Their prices are great, too. I’ve purchased three motorcycles from them so far and will definitely be back for my next one. I even drive 2.5 hours each way without hesitation—that’s how great they are!

Huge shout out to Flynn in the Parts Department at Kissel Motorsports. I called looking for a front low heated seat for my BMW RT, and despite being extremely busy, Flynn took the time to get all my details and personally verify the part availability for me.
