We used Tom to help with our mortgage for our very first home and he was absolutely incredible!! He was available to give us estimates as we looked at houses. Tom was very quick to process our pre approval which ultimately led to our offer being accepted. Tom is also very good at explaining the process each step of the way and is extremely thorough and detail oriented and a great communicator! Tom is hands down one of the kindest, dependable, and detailed people we have ever met. We talked to him on the phone, and 3 days later, we had pre-approval for our home loan! He was easy to work with and ensured we understood everything we did during the process. I would not expect any better service from anywhere else.
