Everyone who works here is amazing. I really could’ve cried when I saw how they were so good to my rabbit, he wasn’t going to make it and they were so good to him and compassionate to me and him. I had a really bad experience with a vet before I went here. A vet put my rabbit down a few months ago without even trying to save her. I was so scared to bring my other rabbit to another vet. I brought my dogs today to get shots. The vets down to the vet techs are amazing. They actually care about your animals. I’m so thankful.
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Mount Airy Veterinary Associates. I had a prescription filled for my pet, and it took an unreasonable amount of time for the clinic to process it. It ended up taking days for the prescription to be sent over to the pharmacy, which caused unnecessary delays in my pet’s care. Very kind and professional front desk staff, excellent techs and doctor! Our cat had to be hospitalized a few times over the past week, and they were very considerate and willing to work with us over cost concerns. They came up with a plan that worked for us, and I felt very comfortable leaving our cat in their care. I would definitely take my animals here again in the future.
I called them in the late afternoon, in some distress, because my cat was sick. The person answering the phone was very kind, patient, and understanding. I was able to get an appointment the next morning. The tech and the vet were both very understanding as well, and were very gentle and caring with my cat. Overall, a very good pleasant experience. They also took the time to explain everything to me.
Dr Brianna is amazing she is so caring and takes her time with my babies Andrew and Nadia are also super great techs ! They are the reason I drive 45 minutes to go to this vet
