⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I just had my AC unit fixed at my condo (where my ac unit it on the roof), and Mountain Air was absolutely wonderful to work with! From the people I spoke with on the phone to the technician who came out, everyone was friendly, helpful, and accommodating, especially with my chaotic schedule. I had the most amazing encounter with the technicians that came out to help me this morning. They were very professional and timely. They communicated very well and were so kind. Mike and Josh helped me understand how the thermostat schedule works and what can potentially throw it off(power outages). They were gentle spirits with knowledge and patience. Michael was my technician and did a fantastic job. He cleaned the unit thoroughly and took the time to explain how the HVAC system and airflow in the house are working together. I really appreciated how informative and honest he was about the current condition of the unit. It is refreshing to work with someone who focuses on educating the customer instead of just trying to sell something. Professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Stay away! This company is straight up incompetent and will rip you off. They unfortunately installed the heat pump for my house before I purchased it, and over 3 years they have had to come out here 4 separate times to fix their own mistakes. Today completely crossed the line for me. I am selling the house and the buyer's inspector saw signs of leaks underneath the outdoor unit (because one of the last times Mountain Air was here they spilled a bunch of coolant on the rocks under the unit).
