First I want to say that James is a very nice person & he will try his hardest to get u fixed up. Thank you James. I ordered my rims on Friday & received them yesterday. My son & I love the rims. Will send pics once they are on the truck.
The customer service has gone down hill since I purchased my wheels last year. I had lost or misplaced the special lug wrench that was included with the lug nuts. I tried calling to replace the missing item. No answer for 3 days. Finally got a reply to an email. Ordered. When it arrived it showed from Amazon. The ticket was in box showing cost at $16.99. Mountain Fire charged me $296. I agree a markup is ok but not 1700%. Needless they have lost a customer.
