Melissa V. the PA is amazing. She takes the time to explain in detail and does not rush. I highly recommend Mountain Park.
I’m so regret that I picked you guys. My baby was very sick whole body rash red dot. You guys didn’t even touch my baby let us go home. Buy medicine at counter come on Has mercy care. .. I told my family members and friends to go different one. I never complained in my life this is my first time. I felt really bad but I didn’t say anything to you guys. I always respect on you guys. Still but I just recommend people not to go there.
Mountain Park Team was great! I was able to schedule an appointment within the same week for both of my children. Kathleen Mahoney at Atkinsons, was very attentive. She took her time, asked questions, and came up with a treatment plan. I called back the next day with questions. She called me back in less than 2 hours answered all my questions and adjusted the treatment plan. Prescription was sent to the Mountain Park Pharmacy and was ready the same day. Amazing care all around.
I will always chose this Mountain Park. They see you in a timely manner. The staff is so nice and friendly. The doctor is amazing. She is the kindest person I've met. She took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. Also she takes the time to get to know her pediatric patients. My kids love it here.
The location in phoenix is hard to find and the maps doesn't show you exactly where. That's a issue. The doctor and MA were nice overall. The location in Goodyear front staff need a little more professionalism when in contact with patients. Some act entitled. I don't like that there are different doctors that see your children but some people may like that aspect. I prefer the same doctor. Other then that I enjoy going for pediatric.
