I’ve been going to this clinic my entire life, and I can confidently say they’ve always taken great care of me. The staff is consistently professional, kind, and attentive. Every time I’ve had a medical issue, they’ve listened carefully and made sure it was fully addressed. It’s rare to find a place where you feel genuinely cared for over such a long period of time, but this clinic has always provided that. I got to the Jesse Owen's clinic by mistake I was originally scheduled for gateway . But was impressed at their ability to fit me in for an appointment with Emily Robert's and her knowledge of my 70 pg record from my last visit to valleywise hospital. And her being able to request urgent appointments sooner then valleywise hospital had. I appreciate all the above more then someone other then myself could. Thank you
Everyone there has compassion for the patients. Every pc I’ve ever been seen by at the baseline location has always been very patient and takes the time to be very detailed in your chart so there will never be nothing left undocumented. They take their time to try to get to the bottom of what’s going on inside your body. Eliminating the source to your symptoms. I love mountain park healthcare center and the whole team
I went for the first time and everyone is so nice! I like that they have a pharmacy and a lab right there which makes everything really convenient. I felt very comfortable and happy coming to this office.
I live right down the street from Mountain Park, but I would travel half way around the world to go there. It’s rare to find such a dedicated cohesive staff, from the people who answer the phones to front desk to the doctors. Their new office is a model of efficiency.
