Not very fast always waiting a long time in both the front room and in the back room seams like no one can tell me anything no Straight answers and also they don’t give me information that I go there to find out like my son progress and growth and all that
I love those who care for my son during his visits. They are very caring, understanding and passionate about what they do. My son is now 2 and I switched him pediatricians when he was 8 months old. So that says a lot already, I would be sad to have to switch down the road. The staff are so sweet! Whenever I needed a referral they didn't hesitate or treat me as if I didn't know what I was talking about when it came to my son's health. The front desk receptionist lady she was a Latina Woman was so rude and you can tell her and her coworkers have nothing better to do but talk about their customers
I was upset about a different clinic I had went to before and I decided to give this clinic a try. And I'm glad I found them. They are all nice and it's easy getting in and out. Also I had to pay out of pocket due to insurance issues but the amount I had to pay was not outrageous. All the staff I've encountered so far have been nice and I like Dr. Pashayeva. I appreciate the care she gives to my baby.
Quick attention and no long queue. The doctor is so professional. The other day my daughter was having emergency situation, I got there while they were in their general meeting with other locations. The receptionist wanted turn us away till the meeting finishes but one of the nurse practitioners jumped on and took care our urgent situation. I was so happy.
