My girls have been going to this clinic for years. I decided recently to switch my primary care to here. The staff is awesome. The practitioners are great, they LISTEN to you, and they recap at end of each visit what " the plan" is. Make sure you know what you need to do, what they are going to do, when you all will book up next, and it's just so refreshing to leave a Dr visit not confused or frustrated. Id recommend them to anyone
Dr. Kya Armstrong is a perfect fit for me. She is patient and Dr. Kya listen's to every health issue she repairs does fix or if not she finds a nother way to help my issues. Also, your staff is very welcoming and they try to fix any situation you have. Thank you.
I just got off the phone with a representative for assistance on benefits, and I was told in the initial call, I was able to get assistance and advise from them. After speaking with Gustavo Hernandez, he was very rude. I understand your job is to go straight forward with details, but please have your employees not give any hopes in the beginning just to recruit and obtain new patients. This place has the absolute best service me and my children have ever experienced.. Great attitudes and characters,,so friendly and nice . They also make us feel comfortable and laughing to light up the atmosphere.. Thank you guys for that always .. From the Straight Family 🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿
The first time l came here, the provider we met treated us very well, we thank her for the services. Today , we were attended by a different provider, the treatment was soooo poor, she says we need to go to ER , but then she has been keeping us for the past 45 minutes no one attending to us, honestly I don’t know
