I’ve always been checked here and everything had been fine untill I got pregnant and recently had gotten a nipt blood test done and my results showed that’s my babies had triploidy. This caused so much stress and anxiety on me for two weeks and nobody called me to talk to me about my results I even called the clinic to get more information but they never called back. I had to go to a different plan when I went to a different employer so when I was laid off I could finally return to Mountain Park Health. It's great to be back! They take very good care of me. They always have, and I know they always will!
The first time we came here after moving to the area, the doctors were ok. I was thinking about moving my boys elsewhere for a while now, but decided to try and stick with this place a little longer. This last time I came, last week with my son, we saw Dr. Dade for the first time. I will not be coming back to Mountain Park at all. She triggered my 13 yr old son by asking him questions I had already answered, after I foolishly agreed to step outside. Things started out good. Was able to get certain vaccinations when I needed them and was trying to make Dr. Tapia my full time PCP. Then came a bill. Insurance noted that it wouldn’t pay because the coding was incorrect so I had to pay out of pocket. Fine. Then tried scheduling follow up appointments. First one had to be rescheduled due to the doctor being sick. No problem. Second time, was called about an hour before the new appointment to be told the doctor wasn’t in the office. Fired. I’ve been coming to this clinic since getting pregnant with my daughter and that was almost 5 years ago and Dr. E.R is among one of the few best doctors I’ve had. MPHC has not let me down once and will definitely be my obgyn when the time is right and I do have more children.😊😇💚
