This was my first time at Mt View. Very nice and professional receptionists. They took care to be sure my insurance covered everything. Dr. Henderson was very kind and informative in his explanation of the procedure that I need. His offices are very beautiful and spotless. I’ll report back after the surgery 👍🏻
The staff were very professional and reassuring. I came in to do a consultation on removing my wisdom teeth and Dr. Henderson was so kind and informative. I was very nervous to come to in in general but everyone put me at ease and I am so happy to have chosen this facility.
I had an appointment for a consultation. Doctor Henderson said he'd prescribe antibiotics for an infection and to pick them up same day. I went to pick them up and they weren't there. I called the front office and Maria/Michelle told me to go the next day. This happened THREE times. Three separate trips to the Pharmacy. A week later Jasmine calls me to let me know prescriptions aren't given for consultations, only after treatments. Wasted soooooo much of my time!
My child was referred to come to Mountain View. Ever since the consultation it was very pleasant from beginning to end. My daughter is on day 1 of after care and she doesn’t need her pain medication my daughter said the doctor did amazing and the staff made her feel comfortable. Definitely recommend
My child had to have oral surgery to remove an extra tooth. Dr. Henderson and staff were all extremely kind, treated my daughter with respect and kindness. They went above and beyond to take care of my child and I would recommend in a heartbeat.
