Thank you for the procedure the staff was very welcoming. The two ladys nurses were very nice thorough and accommodating. The dentist explained exactly the procedure for being sedated. and I believe he had a couple tough extractions. my tongue was in his way which I have been told, I have a big tongue. and a small mouth. everything went well . We had so many issues with this place I don’t even know where to start. We were waiting for authorization from insurance for 6 months. I call to see if they’ve heard anything and come to find out someone in the office never sent it through! My husband was in pain for months and we had to wait a few more months again now that someone finally sent it in. It was great , it was Very much all done with the up most professional group of people, very clean, very professional. I was out of there with no pain. It was wonderful before I knew it was over. It took no time at all was just a good experience what I had done was a wisdom tooth that was around the nerve removed, and i’m so thankful it was not a problem whatsoever. Thank you very much to the team over there at Mountain View.
First things first, the office is very clean. I’m an Urgent Care Manager & this is how my office is; almost spotless. It says a lot about a practice. Secondly, the staff are very friendly. Dr. Henderson is a nice, respectful gentleman. You interact with his team more pre and post procedure, which is not an issue because they are all very qualified in answering and addressing your questions and concerns.
