My living situation has been great in mountain Vista. They have done A great job of keeping the place. When is finally done and finish it should look wonderful but as of now have to rent a stay at a normal rate. It might be OK for a while too many increases of rent in a short time. I’ve been here. They’ve had two increases within the last three years. At that rate, I can’t probably afford to stay here much longer. But other than that, it’s a great place. I really like it here. It's spacious, Friendly. They have Security., I feel safe here. I recommend it all the time to my Friends and Family. Even people that come and look at other trailers that are for sale. I let them know that this is a very safe place as spacious. And the staff is awesome. Easy to get along with.

The staff gets 5 stars all day that’s who this review is for as far as everything else I won’t leave a rating because so far it’s not the right time given the new ownership is trying to raise the rate. The place needs real armed security or give the authority to the security you have to actually do their job. With no kid friendly amenities and rent going up it’s just a place to live at the moment. There’s more to list but I’ll keep here for now.

Nice place to live for now. My concern is the number if stray dogs!!!. There are everywhere all day ling. Especially at nights it is not safe with all strays digs. Worry about safety issues. Kids playing outside is a concern. No playground, no sidewalks, no walking trails, not enough lighting. at night. Looking forward to see what new owners will do to improve this place. Mountain Vista is a great community to live in. Management is very friendly and the community itself is clean, safe and any issue you might have is always promptly addressed. Highly recommended and a great place to live!
