I had a great experience at Mountainland Clinic in Provo and highly recommend them. My 19-year-old daughter was seen there after struggling with severe stomach pain and vomiting. After a difficult and costly prior visit elsewhere, we were looking for answers and real help. At Mountainland Clinic, she was seen in one visit, received a thorough evaluation, had blood work done, and was prescribed medication that actually helped her start feeling better. I have been going here since 1993. I'm in constant pain. They canceled an appointment on me the day before. I'm on some very needed mental health drugs, I also take hydrocodone for my pain. So they tell me there are no appointments for a month. Except In Payson so i drive 30 minutes to this appointment and the doctor there a says I don't Prescribe narcotics so I get everything but my pain meds. What a joke. I'm mad as hell.
!! WORST MEDICAL SERVICE WITH THE P.A HALEY PARKER!!! - she was behind in schedule, took two hours to see her. Which I get it people fall behind schedule, but at least learn to run with it and block your schedule out if you can’t handle a back to back schedule, learn to block out your time in your schedule. Honestly, I truly hate this location. I try to avoid it at all costs. But unfortunately, this place fits in my budget. The ONLY reason why I stick to this place is the in house pharmacy. But other than that everything else is terrible. Terrible customer service, the receptionist always give you attitude, the billing system is all confusing and nobody seems to be willing to help. I always have had a fantastic experience at Mountainlands, from the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and incredibly attentive specifically Janet Vizcarra! She is very knowledgeable in her field and is more than happy to help with any questions in regards to health care coverage and insurance policies! I have always left feeling confident in the care I received and grateful for their support. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality healthcare!
