Dr. Office and the pharmacy in Payson clinic, are always friendly and helpful. Kudos to my Dr. Fernandez and his team AND kudos to Jeff the pharmacist and his team. Great Service!
I am very grateful for their care, We do not have insurance and have been unable to get it. I was able to be seen and have concerns addressed. Steven Haws, PA-C provided direct care. Grateful he worked for the organization and grateful for their mission. I have taken clients in that did not have a primary care physician but needed to be seen and referred as a new resident of this state. Haven't been here and already had a bad experience with them. It took a month and a half to get a hold of someone to try and schedule a Dental Appointment. Finally got a call back. Spent 15 minutes on the phone repeating all my information several times over only to be put on hold without warning and transferred to someone else and had to repeat the information AGAIN. There awesome!! Great clinic and staff and dr Fernandez always answers my husband’s questions he’s a great dr !!
Dr’s need to have more compassion towards patience that have serious illnesses. They don’t realize the impact that they put on you when they just blurr out you’re going to die instead of communicating how to move forward with your illness.
