Had a really good experience the first time I was there. Loved my facial and massage appts. The second time I booked, I was prepared to become a member and had scheduled the appointments over 10 days in advance, only to see it was cancelled right before driving over. This as special for my birthday and their customer service shocked me tbh. Aside from not being contacted about my appt being cancelled, they ignored my calls and stopped returning my texts after I explained KINDLY what had happened. I had an amazing experience at Mountainside Spa, and I can't recommend Alejandra enough! She was incredibly attentive, focusing on the areas where I was tight or sore and providing helpful tips for relief in the future. Her skill and expertise are truly top-notch! Hello I'm a long time member and customer that was sad to see that the spa just up and closed what seems like overnight this week! 4/26/2025 The website is down, no one is answering calls or texts and when I dropped by it looks like the spa was never there! It's unfortunate but your long time members deserved an email to let us know that you were closing. I would like a refund of the credits I had from my monthly subscription as well. I love this place BIG SPA experience on a budget! Their members are so reasonable and the therapists are compassionate and caring and listen to your needs! The owners are very have on so if there's any issues they will take care of you! Easy to get to and choose to the canyons (Big and Little cottonwood canyon)
Love this place. Been going for over 5 years. Its small and intimate, and their monthly membership is a great deal with great perks (the steam room being my favorite!). Ive also worked with several great therapists here so dont think you can go wrong with whomever you choose.
