Man this place was packed but they got every one seen quickly Had to go back today for an mri and it went Well. However I used the bathroom And couldn’t believe the dust i could see everywhere on the mirrors, paper towel holder and ledges. We would love to help You clean up your space. Brought my daughter in for an X-ray and it was done in 5 minutes with us waiting only maybe 2-3. Very pleased.
I have been using Mt View Medical Imaging for over 25 years and have always been completely satisfied with their services. Just had 2 MRIs taken this morning. My appt started on time. Warm blankets, earplugs and enough pillows to make it comfortable. Could not feel the injections for the contrast part of the MRI! The exam completed on Friday and results expected on Monday. Absolutely horrible customer service by Janet. After explaining that my father’s cancer may have taken a turn for the worst and that our family is looking to get medical imaging to check on the extent of his cancer spread, she could not have rushed me off the phone faster. Minimal effort to assist me in scheduling him for imaging—she was quick to tell me their location couldn’t help me before I even explained the situation and she practically hung up on me. Don’t give this location your business.
I had an MRI. When I came in I was greeted promptly and my wait was short. The tech then greeted me, explained the procedure and o was done in about 25 minutes.
HORRIBLE can’t find a vein so they stick you 30 times and blow veins out. They don’t know what they are doing. Horribly unprofessional. The guy attempting to start an Iv had torn up gloves and was not trained. Shocking this place hasn’t been sued yet
