Apparently Mountainview recently changed billing providers. Not surprisingly, the new third party provider sounds like it's an offshore call center. I have never experienced billing problems with Mountainview until now. The call center agent put me on hold to check my account. When she returned to the call she acknowledged a billing error and said my issue is being referred to their billing department for review and followup. I came here years ago for a scan, later during COVID I came by for an antibody test (I had COVID and did not even know it)... Recently another Doctor has ordered a calcium scan. Every instance has been a pleasure. They provide super care, very efficient, no nonsense, pleasant staff. They have a nice facility too. Oh, some of these items were not covered by insurance and their prices were very reasonable.
We had such an awful experience there this morning. The woman at the front desk with grey hair was so rude, unkind, and horrible to me and my dad I left in tears. My father, who is 84 years old and has recently lost his wife, and was there for x-rays because he fell, did not deserve this treatment and neither does anyone else. We will never go back here again. Kindness is free - please help your staff understand this.
Terrible and unprofessional experience taking my 7 year old here for an MRI. The technician was in a hurry and did not take her time explaining anything to us and not taking the time to cover his ears and his eyes, I had to slow her down and insist she take these measures (which by the way, are STANDARD at any real MRI facility) and he was frightened the whole time.
