Man this place was packed but they got every one seen quickly Had to go back today for an mri and it went Well. However I used the bathroom And couldn’t believe the dust i could see everywhere on the mirrors, paper towel holder and ledges. We would love to help You clean up your space. Brought my daughter in for an X-ray and it was done in 5 minutes with us waiting only maybe 2-3. Very pleased.
Absolutely horrible customer service by Janet. After explaining that my father’s cancer may have taken a turn for the worst and that our family is looking to get medical imaging to check on the extent of his cancer spread, she could not have rushed me off the phone faster. Minimal effort to assist me in scheduling him for imaging—she was quick to tell me their location couldn’t help me before I even explained the situation and she practically hung up on me. Don’t give this location your business.
I have been using Mt View Medical Imaging for over 25 years and have always been completely satisfied with their services. Just had 2 MRIs taken this morning. My appt started on time. Warm blankets, earplugs and enough pillows to make it comfortable. Could not feel the injections for the contrast part of the MRI! The exam completed on Friday and results expected on Monday. Although they weren't able to help me, due to extenuating circumstances of my health they were honest and professional taking time to explain my issues. They were patient and kind and didn't even charge me for their time. With my health needs it is rare to find this. Thank you to both the Dr. and his assistant for such an act of kindness.
This place saved my life. I had decided not to have any more mammograms in spite of several messages from you that I should schedule one. Your office scheduled an appointment anyway and sent me the time and date. I decided to do it and found out I had breast cancer. I needed a masectomy and since that has been done I have been cancer free since 2019. Thank you
