Apparently Mountainview recently changed billing providers. Not surprisingly, the new third party provider sounds like it's an offshore call center. I have never experienced billing problems with Mountainview until now. The call center agent put me on hold to check my account. When she returned to the call she acknowledged a billing error and said my issue is being referred to their billing department for review and followup. She indicated my insurance provider (unspecifed) had already received a refund. I recommend that all... read more

I came here years ago for a scan, later during COVID I came by for an antibody test (I had COVID and did not even know it)... Recently another Doctor has ordered a calcium scan. Every instance has been a pleasure. They provide super care, very efficient, no nonsense, pleasant staff. They have a nice facility too. Oh, some of these items were not covered by insurance and their prices were very reasonable.
