Excellent professional care by everyone who treated me on my last 2 visits. Very fast in and out. I purposely drive further to this office due to their professionalism and speed of care.
When an MRI is ordered for me by a physician, I ask for the order to be sent to Mountain View. I have always had very pleasant experiences there. The staff are very accommodating and personable.
The people there have always been very nice to me. The techs are very professional. They also work well with my work schedule, as they open early.
Apparently Mountainview recently changed billing providers. Not surprisingly, the new third party provider sounds like it's an offshore call center. I have never experienced billing problems with Mountainview until now. The call center agent put me on hold to check my account. When she returned to the call she acknowledged a billing error and said my issue is being referred to their billing department for review and followup.
