I started going to Mountcastle in January 2026, and have primarily seen Maria for 2 micro-needling treatments and 1 Morpheus treatment. The place is extremely clean/well maintained, the staff is very welcoming and friendly, and Maria, is the absolute sweetest. She’s very real and honest about the process, what to expect, and realistic about the results. I had the CO2 laser done at Mountcastle Medical Spa and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The entire staff was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. I was very nervous going into the procedure, but they took the time to answer my questions, applied excellent numbing cream, and gave me a sedative that really helped me relax. I would highly recommend Jillian. She is very knowledgeable, clearly experienced with the procedure, and took the time to explain each step so I felt informed and comfortable throughout. Her personable and calming manner made my treatment that can be intimidating feel completely manageable for me.
