I'm not sure how to answer. Are you referring to my latest call to acquire a 3rd unit? If so, I'm not pleased with the cost. I had hoped I would receive a loyalty break. I've been renting from you for 7 years, and just added a unit. What's up with that?

Michael at your front desk was very helpful telling me of your special offers and the different prices in the sizes, I asked if he could show me a medium and a large storage it. He did it with a smile and had no problems with my request and it was a hot day. Thank you for providing excellent customer care.

I haven’t had storage for a while and decided to try this place because it was conveniently in the area I live in. Unfortunately the company had just been changed to Move it storage but the employee did not understand the new system so it took him about an hour just to get me a storage room.

Well, when I enquired over the phone, I was given a cuote so I made an appt but when I was there the guy had no idea of what I was talking about he had to call other places to help him it took over two hours to what could have taken thirty minutes. I don’t know if it was lack of training o the new system or what any way with somebody’s help it was finally done
