Everything you need in a storage facility. Scott in the front office was always great, friendly and professional. The facility is clean, well lit and I always felt safe there, even at night. Good variety of storage room sizes available. I rented a space for 10 months and have no reservations in recommending this storage facility.
GREAT storage option for RV'ers! They have 24-hour access - a plus. They have monitored security - a plus. They have covered storage for RVs - a BIG plus! The service was friendly enough. They got us all set up within an hour and we had our trailer parked that evening. Well worth the monthly fee to have the great service and accessibility.
My travel trailer was literally stolen from this "secured" location !! Supposedly right under the employees & manager noses. The night I arrived to check on my trailer, the security gates were locked in the open position and to make matters worse another trailer was parked in my spot!! When talking other customers , the gate situation isn't uncommon from here and there was recently a major fire destroying many units . My experience has not been that great with this facility. When we arrived on a saturday after hours with our moving company, found our storage room with a lock on it. Desperately called the after hours number to ask what to do with no response for 30 minutes. I had no choice but to find the closest empty room for my belongings to let the moving company go. I did get a call from the this company on Monday morning . They were sorrry that had happened and was I happy with the space I chose. I said yes. the manager tells me... read more

Pamela, Thanks for your message and we regret that you had a negative experience with us. Unfortunately the crux of the issue stems from the requirement to sign a lease prior to moving in, and that has to happen during our regular office hours. Our Property Manager has attempted to contact you and will continue to reach out to discuss the issue and work to resolve your concerns.
RATS RATS RATS, I am in the process of moving my stuff out of this location. I have rat dropping and urine all over my boxes.
