Very easy to move in. Mostly done online plus you get a discount if u reserve a unit online. Unit will be open and swept out ready to move into. The 10×15 is a pretty decent size for the price. Was much easier to move in here than previous units I've rented in the past.
I’ve done over 50 auctions and never had a facility And never had a facility treat me the way that this facility treated me the two gentlemen in the front Bobby And Enrique Very unprofessional talk to me like I was just some random person on the street and I’m also a customer At another facility, I do not recommend anybody coming to this storage place or any Move It storage. I will be moving my items out and going with somebody else.
Bobby made our experience with ‘Move It’ a breeze. My mom (primarily speaks Spanish) was able to fully communicate with Bobby, as he explained everything she needed to know. When I contacted him over the phone to verify that we were good to go, he took the time to explain what he already explained to my mother in person. We were able to park our RV with no hesitation! UPDATING REVIEW: This is now the third time I choose this Move It location. Bobby makes the process easy and his customer service is excellent.
