Bobby made our experience with ‘Move It’ a breeze. My mom (primarily speaks Spanish) was able to fully communicate with Bobby, as he explained everything she needed to know. When I contacted him over the phone to verify that we were good to go, he took the time to explain what he already explained to my mother in person. We were able to park our RV with no hesitation!
Bobby was great. Helped me save some money. Friendly. Love this storage unit. Always clean. No rodents or roaches. Hands down one of the best storage units on the Southside... And Bobby is a good dude. Definitely helped me out.
I had such a good experience with this location. I reserved online and immediately had a personal follow up offering assistance to which I needed. I was even offered a better rate that displayed online. The associate was very accommodating of my work schedule and even more patient with my toddler. Hands down some of the best human treatment I've received since pre-covid wars...
