Property was clean, safe, and access was a breeze. Only giving a one star because they would not pro rate the month of prepaid rent I gave them. Onsite management was fantastic. Calling corporate gave me nothing but headaches and I was met with rude customer service. Customer beware.
agent automatically included insurance in quote. I think he should have explained that first. Otherwise service was fine.
Really friendly customer service and secure place. Definitely recommend to everyone who wants to make sure their storage is safe.
Joseph the property manger was fantastic & helped me get the proper unit that i needed. Customer service was a 10/10. Definitely recommend anyone that's looking for a storage unit.
