Joe was the one who signed me up and he was wonderful and very helpful. He took the time to drive me around the units so I can see the actual size of the units. But that's where it ends. The unit we rented had a leak and some of our things were ruined. For the amount that these units cost they should be better taken care of. There was also an incident during our rental when they red locked my unit and I had already paid. It was like that for a week and I needed something from inside before I left out of town.
