My elderly mother has a storage unit here, and we are incredibly grateful for Linda’s exceptional service. She has been so patient, kind, and accommodating throughout the entire process. It’s not always easy to find such understanding and compassion, especially when some can be less patient with seniors. Linda’s professionalism and empathy have made a world of difference for us, and we truly appreciate her help. Highly recommend this location, thanks to her outstanding customer care.
Very nice ladies who work the front. Needed my storage ASAP and they made it very easy. Explained all charges to me and set me up quickly. Overall pleasant experience which moving is stressful enough. I would recommend this place to anyone who asked.
We’ve been doing business for years with this location and Linda has always been there for us. She extremely helpful, courteous, and accommodating. She is definitely an asset to the company and in turn an asset to the prospective renters, old and new. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a unit.
Where to begin, how about the rate for a parking space. 138.00 a month it seems like every month they raise the rate. If your late they tack on extra fees. Linda Serda was rude and didn't really care to help you out. Price gouging is what's going on here. Other spots don't charge as much as they do. I would have gone elsewhere, but they had no room for my RV. I finally found a nice place to move it to, for 60.00 a month and it's got a cover for my RV and it's cleaner. This is the second time we've used Move It on Weber and they are extremely helpful. The site and units are clean. Linda and Preston made sure we got checked in and had a unit immediately available. Will use them each and every time!
