Linda did an amazing job helping us with our move, very friendly, offered us water, explained everything to us with ease and made us feel at ease. We rented a Uhaul for a short trip to a different storage and back to our apartment down the street. It's rare that you find some people like her in the workforce who make you feel at home. We had been out of town for a while in a new city and it was nice to come home. She handled business professionally and questions with not only myself and my girlfriend but also her dad.
Great rental Facility - highly recommend! Linda Cerda is the absolute BEST! She is so friendly, patient, helpful and very well-informed! She took all the stress and guesswork out of helping us to choose the correct size storage unit.
Well maintained facility. Linda is a wonderful person, very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Needed to switch from a smaller unit to a larger unit without prior notice and she was exceptional.
Knowledgeable staff on the office as well as accommodating for our immediate needs. The storage units are well maintained and very clean and secure.
They charged me $29 x 2 over the phone. I show up and neither the location or the call center knows where that $58 is. I had to call AMEX to reverse the charge.
