Move It Self Storage has been a great experience from start to finish. The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help, making the entire process easy and stress-free. Since the new manager Delilah has been at this location, there’s been a noticeable improvement. The staff is much more friendly and helpful, and the overall customer service has gotten better. Security has also improved, which gives me peace of mind. I’m really happy with the changes and would definitely recommend this storage facility.
It's out first time renting a storage unit, we didn't even know we needed to buy a lock. The on site service agent was a huge help and helped us with advice and got us into a unit that was the right size for us. She did an amazing job, thank you!
I purchased an auction unit at the other location and it's not opened. Apparently they close Wednesdays. I drove 2 1/2 hours. It does not say it's closed on the door nor on the auction website. Not happy. The worker on s. Padre dr. Did try to help. Todos to her. Company sucks though.
