This is the worst ever storage in corpus do not rent here if u do u will get your stuff stolen from the staff of the storage they have broke in my storage 2 times and it’s the staff that is doing it and supposedly there cameras aren’t working which that is a lie they know what they are doing and they broke in it yesterday I went to go look at it and they said if I want to move my stuff out I need to pay 46$ what kind of storage is that if there was a negative 1 star I would give it to them they even stole all my tools worth ... read more
Super friendly service! Carol is amazing! Really good deals on large units! And its yellow , my favorite color! Im glad i chose this facility!
Of course, I stayed longer than expected. They made it so easy and it's in a very convenient location me. I stayed about 3yrs and no problems. Carol was great at explaining the process of moving out. Even though I had many, many, questions Carol was able to answers all of them. I will be back if I ever need to rent again. Thanks Carol
Although I prefer a 24/7 access facility or maybe a later time cut-off access. The property is clean, in a good location, with great rates. I feel comfortable renting with Storage King USA. Carol the facility manager is awesome. Her customer service, her compansion & especially her patients that day I rented. Was above and beyond. I was having such an overwhelming bad day. She made me feel so welcome, made the check in process so easy. Thank you so much Carol for such a great experience.
I rented a unit online and the process was so easy but what I was impressed the most about was their awesome prices and a discount on top of that!!! I also received a welcome call from the property manager 😀 . The unit and property were very clean as well. My items, I know, will be secure with security gates all around and cameras too. Highly recommend this place!
