Since the new manager Delilah has been at this location, there’s been a noticeable improvement. The staff is much more friendly and helpful, and the overall customer service has gotten better. Security has also improved, which gives me peace of mind. I’m really happy with the changes and would definitely recommend this storage facility.
It's out first time renting a storage unit, we didn't even know we needed to buy a lock. The on site service agent was a huge help and helped us with advice and got us into a unit that was the right size for us. She did an amazing job, thank you!
The process was seamless and transparent with no hidden fees. I especially appreciate Delilah, which has made my transition much easier. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a reliable and well-managed storage solution!
Horrible place! DO NOT RENT HERE! Over 20 units had been broken into including mine apparently not the first time either! They didn’t even tell me it was broken into I saw my stuff on fb marketplace and found out like that! I paid insurance and it didn’t cover anything because they had no evidence! They needed a picture of the broken lock which was not there because they sawed it off and took it so I had no evidence of that and they needed video footage but the facility had none!
