The place is ALWAYS spotless, gates never have any issues, customer service is always 10/10, prices are reasonable as well... JOE delivers exceptional customer service!!!!! Always answers all my questions, very patient and you can tell he cares for his customers! He even went the extra mile to put a temporary lock on my unit (I had forgetting to bring a lock) .. which gave me peace of mind!! My items feel very safe at this storage facility.. -Sharon
This facility used to be a “Just a Closet Self-Storage” before it got acquired by NSA Storage and became a “Move It Storage”. I rented a climate controlled storage unit in this around the time the transition was happening. While I was upset that I lost access to the 24-hour access that “Just a Closet Self-Storage” had promised, under “Move It Storage” my original rate was respected for one month and they even gave me a discount.
