Joseph Morales was our attendant. He was super helpful in the selection process of the lockers. He walked us through the conditions of getting a storage unit and he made it simple for us when choosing a unit. Overall was great service and would 10/10 recommend.
Joseph Morales helped us out, he was very helpful and willing to show us different options. I was very satisfied with my purchase of being brand new to getting a climate controlled storage for my belongings. I 100% trust that he gave me the best unit.
I had a wonderful experience at this Move-It storage facility. Mr. Luis Champion was very informative and accommodating. He went above and beyond to supply me with the information that I needed. I would definitely recommend him and the facility.
Champ had really great customer service. Helped us with everything and answered questions we didn’t knew we had. Had a good sense of humor so the whole interaction wasn’t awkward at all. We were looking at other places too and we decided on Move It.
Joe the property manager is always there to help you with whatever it is you need. The storage facility is always clean as are the outside access areas. I'm glad i picked Moving It to store my family memories.
