Decent price, but the construction does mess up with the GPS. You have to go all the way around. I like how good the gate is. You do need the code for both sides. I got the 5×10. It's pretty good if you ask me
John, the property manager, was incredibly friendly, professional, and informative. He took the time to explain everything about the available units and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I truly appreciate his patience and excellent customer service. Thank you, John, for taking the time to make the experience so welcoming!
Obtained a temp control unit today, paid my fees, was able to get through the gate yet no access code was issued for the pin pad. Contacted CS and one was provided but again, every attempt gave the “denied access” error. No one will be available to assist until Monday. 3 days from now. And we are stuck with a unit, fully paid for that we can’t access. When a transfer to an outside unit was offered, now we have to pay the 80 fee again?? Very pleasant people to work with. I set up my contract with John and everything was easy and quick. The facility is very clean and well maintained
I absolutely love the cleanliness of this facility. John Vallejo provided great customer service and amplified the experience. I would definitely recommend this location to friends and family.
