The customer service is fine, but their rent prices are ridiculous. I had a unit for over a year at 112/month while they advertise the same unit for 55/month online. When I asked about matching the rate, they told me they couldnt do anything about it and that best thing was to rent another unit at the lower rate, move my stuff, and then end the lease to the original. Friendly and helpful staff, clean facilities, storage are great sizes and a plus is that they are climate control. If I ever need storage again will definitely go back
