Ms Patricia was great she helped me open my storage when I couldn’t find my keys and she recommended a combination lock! It was great!
The customer service is fine, but their rent prices are ridiculous. I had a unit for over a year at 112/month while they advertise the same unit for 55/month online. When I asked about matching the rate, they told me they couldnt do anything about it and that best thing was to rent another unit at the lower rate, move my stuff, and then end the lease to the original.
