I appreciate the assistance,you showed for my concerns Mia! Thank you for your hard work! Keep it up, your doing a great job! You take care of your clients, in keeping them safe, as well for there personal things! It's nice when a small business shows interest and resolve any concerns from the client. You treat your customers like family! There's really not much of that kindness around other business. "Mia Thank you again"!

Mrs Mia was SUPER punctual, I needed a unit asap and it was 30 minutes till closing and she was so fast and so kind and professional, a 10 out of 10! Also replies back super fast! And answered every question I had in seconds! Keep this girl !

This was my first time renting a self storage unit and had a great experience. The owner and Mia are very nice and helpful. I would recommend. Update: good customer service, but they will increase your rent about every 2 months.

I am very pleased with the service at Pharr Mini especially with Mia. From the beginning I have liked the way Mia is so happy to serve. I like that way she greets me in person and on the phone. The service is great.
