The gentleman at the counter was VERY helpful. He explained everything, he took me to see different size units and he was fun to talk with. In this part of Texas customer service is difficult to find. This gentleman was a shining star of Customer Service and should be training everyone about excellent customer service. The associate was Jaime Castillo His name isn't on the list below.

Easy application process and payment procedure. Made it to the storage unit today. Easy access with the gate. Located by a stop light so can turn in easily. Mari was wonderful, helpful, and welcoming. Showed me to my unit, answered all my questions, promised to help me if I needed it later. All in all - a very good experience. The unit was clean and had traps for critters.
