The code to the indoor area of the storage units does not work. Have to use a screwdriver to jimmy the door open. Waiting for someone to accuse me of breaking in to my own unit. But the worst thing is, after we made the payment for first month, the fee nearly doubled. Their strategy is to get you to move all your stuff in there at a lower rate, and then immediately jack up the rate.

Friendly, helpful staff but price increase after the first month then they promise to keep it the same for you one more month if you keep storage and then lie about it and say that thats not what they said. So your left with no choice but to pay and move all your stuff elsewhere.

A great place to store your stuff! The on-site staff, Linda and Daniel, are very helpful and keep the place very clean. The security here is tight. A security gate, alarmed units, cameras everywhere, and on-site staff keeping an eye on everything means your unit is very safe. The unit prices are fair and don't forget to see if they have any move-in specials. All-in-all, a great place for your stuff.

My elderly mother has a storage unit here, and we are incredibly grateful for Linda’s exceptional service. She has been so patient, kind, and accommodating throughout the entire process. It’s not always easy to find such understanding and compassion, especially when some can be less patient with seniors. Linda’s professionalism and empathy have made a world of difference for us, and we truly appreciate her help. Highly recommend this location, thanks to her outstanding customer care.
